Easy Sped, LLC (“Company”) is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. Company has prepared this privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to describe our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information through the Company website located at (“Site”) or information you submit via a secure login portal at the Site (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement.

Categories of information we collect:

Company will collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Through the combination of both internal and third party tracking code as well as cookies, Company may track the following categories of information when a visitor enters the Site: (1) IP address, (2) domain servers, (3) type of computer used to access the Site, (4) types of web browsers (collectively “Anonymous Data”). Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. Company uses Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the Site.

Company may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and in order to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

In addition, if you communicate with us regarding the Site or any of our services or products we collect any information that you provide to us during the course of our communication, such as information provided when filling out our contact form (the “Contact Information”).

Company may use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information such as Internet domain and host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser software, operating system types, click patterns, and the dates and times that the Site and our services are accessed by you. Company may in contract with a third party to help us manage, monitor and optimize our Site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications and use of the Site.

By registering for or attending our events or webinars, you specifically consent to the receipt of e-mail or text message communications from Company. If you do not want to receive emails, text messages or other communications from Company, please notify us by email. We may use that information to communicate with you about new or existing products and services.

You may only access the Services after entering into a fully executed agreement for access (the “Subscriber Agreement”). Any information or data you submit while accessing the Services will be collected and maintained within the scope of the Services and your Subscriber Agreement and will only be used by Company in fulfilling the Services and the Subscriber Agreement.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons:

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are used to store information, such as the time that the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before and what site referred the visitor to the web page.

One type of cookie in use on the Site is for Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website. Google Analytics customers can view a variety of reports about how visitors interact with their website so that they can improve it.

Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how visitors use our Site. Company then uses the information to compile reports and to help us improve the Site.

Company may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons to measure advertising effectiveness. Use and Disclosure of Information Company Collects:

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Contact Information with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of Company or any third party; (c) to fulfil any product or service order you have made from the Site; or (d) enforce the Terms of Use.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Company will not share any personally identifiable information submitted subject to the Subscriber Agreement or Services to third parties without first notifying you of such request to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; or (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of Company or any third party.

Company uses reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Contact Information or any data submitted subject to the Subscriber Agreement or Services. However, no company, organization, online community, or Company, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information. Company may provide your Contact Information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with the Site to provide some of the services and features of the Site and to help us communicate with the members of our Site.

Company may share some or all of your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If the assets related to the Site or Services are acquired by another company that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Site contains links to other third-party websites (“Linked Websites”). Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Linked Websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

Do Not Track Signals:

On September 27, 2013, California Governor Jerry Brown signed into law A.B. 370, amending the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) to require website operators to disclose how they respond to “Do Not Track Signals” (DNT signals) and whether third parties collect Personally Identifiable Information about users when they visit the Site.

Company honors DNT signals and does not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a DNT browser mechanism is in place.
