Kara Stone, Owner of Easy Sped Tracker, has worked as a Special Education Teacher since 1995. Kara has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of North Texas. Throughout her career, Kara has been awarded several honors and awards including Mentor Teacher with TWU, Weatherford College Jack Harvey Fellowship Award and Teacher of the Year Nomination from Decatur ISD.

Having worked in Special Education now for over 23 years, her skills include Special Education, Content Mastery, Inclusion, Modifications/Accommodations, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Data Tracking, Reading Intervention, Classroom Management, Student Assessment, Behavior Intervention, Autism, Data Reporting, Education Leadership, Curriculum Development, Learning Disabilities, Literacy, Lesson Planning, Classroom, Teaching, Elementary Education, Curriculum Design and Differentiated Instruction.

Kara Stone also participated in a Design Thinking Special Education Pilot Study with TEA during 2017-2018 School Year.
